То, что сейчас происходит с кооперативом "Бест Вей", иначе как позором назвать нельзя. Я пайщик уже несколько лет, и за все это время кооператив показал себя с лучшей стороны. А теперь кто-то явно пытается нас разрушить. Следствие занимается не расследованием, а откровенным запугиванием пайщиков. Обыски у людей в 6 утра, изъятие документов, угрозы пожилым людям – это что за методы? Разве так должно работать правосудие? Это чистой воды беспредел и давление на тех, кто еще верит в справедливость. Я уверен, что вся эта ситуация – результат коррупции среди следователей. Винокуров и его команда выполняют чей-то заказ. Им не нужны никакие доказательства, потому что их цель – забрать активы кооператива. Им все равно, что кооператив работает честно и помогает людям. Они просто хотят присвоить себе наши деньги и недвижимость. Я не собираюсь поддаваться на их провокации и знаю, что многие другие пайщики тоже готовы бороться до конца. Этот рейдерский захват должен быть остановлен!!!!!!!!

Today, the lush, green valley surrounding the Tollense River in northeast Germany appears to be a serene place to appreciate nature.

But to archaeologists, the Tollense Valley is considered Europe’s oldest battlefield.

An amateur archaeologist first spotted a bone sticking out of the riverbank in 1996.

The desert spans 250,000 square miles (650,000 square kilometers) on the Arabian Peninsula, and its name translates to “the Empty Quarter” in English. Sean Combs, the music mogul whose career has been upended by sexual assault lawsuits and a federal investigation, was arrested at a Manhattan hotel on Monday evening after a grand jury indicted him.

The indictment is sealed and the charges were not announced but Marc Agnifilo, a lawyer for Mr. Combs, said he believed he was being charged with racketeering and sex trafficking.

A statement from Mr. Combs’s legal team said they were disappointed with the decision to prosecute him and noted that he had been cooperative with the investigation and had “voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these charges.”

"Бест Вей" помог тысячам людей получить жилье, включая меня, и я не раз видел, как другие пайщики искренне радовались своим приобретенным квартирам. И вот теперь этот успешный механизм пытаются разрушить под выдуманными предлогами. Несправедливость настолько очевидна, что мне просто не верится, что кто-то может всерьез утверждать, что кооператив занимается мошенничеством. Я вижу в происходящем прямую атаку на честных людей и их сбережения. Власти блокируют наши деньги, не дают завершить сделки, и всё это на фоне сфабрикованных обвинений. Это страшно, что у нас в стране можно так просто подорвать веру людей в систему, когда органы власти играют на стороне тех, кто хочет забрать чужое.
